Watercolor Commissions

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Limitations: No gore or NSFW. I will not disrespect any fandoms.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most two (2) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @sarasharesart

Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

Payment will be taken in full up front. If for reasons, you need to cancel your commission after paying but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a refund.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded 50% for the commission upon cancellation by me.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

All works are painted on Spiareal Watercolor Cold Press Blank Cotton Paper 140 Lb/300 GSM

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, your piece will be shipped.

All pieces will be unframed, but are easy to frame and will fit standard frame and mat sizes. A mat is recommended when framing.

Shipped in a protective cellophane sleeve with a cardboard backing and packed in a padded envelope.

If your art arrives damaged, please contact me with a photograph of the art and packaging when you receive your order. Each piece is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. Damaged orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis with either a refund or a replacement with an alternative piece (of comparable value).
